Since, finances may be an additional concern; our specialists assigned to international patients are ready to answer any questions about administrative and financial matters.

Cost Estimate

Since, our medical treatment plans are uniquely tailored on a patient-to-patient basis, the cost varies greatly, even for patients with the same healthcare problem. International Patient Department provides a cost estimate on the basis of the physician's treatment plan derived from the information provided by the patient. Our cost estimates as well as our invoices are transparent and we assist our international patients at any point in time should there be any questions.

Payment Options

After you decided in favor of a medical treatment at BAŞKENT, you can transfer the total amount stated in the cost estimate to the account indicated for BAŞKENT, or pay in cash / by credit card before hospitalization in our hospitals. For credit card payments, only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

If you have an insurance coverage or sponsored by an embassy, BAŞKENT will directly send the invoice to your insurance company or embassy. BAŞKENT must receive a payment guarantee of the insurance company or embassy in writing prior to the start of the treatment. Please be advised that insurance coverage may vary depending on your plan and it may affect your financial responsibility. Payment is requested prior to receiving treatment for services not covered by your insurance or embassy.

Final Invoice

We will ascertain the costs of the services actually provided after the end of the treatment. If they are less than the advance payment, we will reimburse the balance immediately. The final bill may necessitate making an additional payment in some cases, particularly in the case of prolonged treatment period.
